Aura Owner Wins Top 40 Under 40

Scott Duff (owner of Aura Landscaping) has won the prestigious Top 40 Under Forty Award this year!

The 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards recognize Niagara’s next generation of business leaders. The 40 recipients are under 40 years of age and consistently make their mark in business and contribute regularly to their respective communities.

Since I was not able to say a few words at the ceremony I would like to share them now….

Value fulfillment more than success; aim for excellence not success…

We have all been taught that success is the ends to a mean and that it is measured by money or tangible goods…

Instead, we should start measuring success by how fulfilled we are and the new levels of excellence we strive for and achieve…if we do that, then the impact we have on others will last far longer than any amount of money or material items will, and THAT should be the NEW definition of success…
